This sterling silver Baldwin and Miller plate measures 6 1/2 inches wide. Total weight is 196 grams. The front of the plate has initials on the edge, and the back of the plate has an inscription that reads "You guys work better under pressure. I've proven that time and time again. RQK". The plate is clearly marked STERLING on the back as well as B&M for the maker Baldwin and Miller.
