Please check your item within 14 days of receipt of item. If questions, please email Elliott Machine within that time frame. If the buyer wants to return an item, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back. Original shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Buyer is also responsible for a 20% restocking fee. All Ohio sales will be charged 7.25% sales tax on the item and shipping price.
Items ship by UPS ground. For truck freight we use Old Dominion. The buyer is responsible for unloading truck (as the freight company will not unload the truck).
