All doors have been fixed to open and shut correctly.
The unit that is pictured is the style you will receive, based on the doors agreed on.
These were former school locker for elementary.
These are 3 foot tall metal single (door) tier units.
All working and functional as they should be.
These are perfect for a kids room / teenagers room, or man cave.
Store / organize jackets, shoes, backpacks, books, ipad, iphone, iwatch, phones, etc...
Also great for a workshop, garage, warehouse, welding shop, maintenance facility, gym, firehouse, commercial settings,

SHIPPING: I do not offer shipping, I can accommodate your third party shipper.
To restate I do not ship, this will be on you to line up shipping at your own cost.
Also if shipping, make sure
you get shipping insurance as the item is yours once picked up by your shipper,
therefore; if item arrives damage you will have no recourse if you did not insure your item.
PICKUP: This item is for local pickup only, from Tyler, Texas 75708.
I will need at least 24 hours notice of day and time of
pickup.
This item is located in a warehouse
with thousand of items,
and will need time to locate and pull your order.
Item will need to be picked up within 1 to 5 days, unless otherwise agreed to.
IN PERSON PICKUP: I have a forklift and can load at no extra charge, item(s) is/are on a pallet, it may
be
possible to off load
from the pallet, if you do not wish to transport on the pallet.
If item was paid for using PayPal; at pickup I will either need the QR code (to scan) or the
6-digit code (to enter.)
Both the QR Code and the 6-digit code were emailed to you by eBay.
I can NOT release the item to you without this if you paid thru Paypal.
If paying cash at pickup, I will NOT need the QR code or 6-digit code.
THIRD PARTY PICKUP:
I have a forklift and can load at no extra charge, item(s) is/are on a pallet, it may
be
possible to off load
from the pallet, if your third party does not wish to transport on the pallet.
If item was paid for using PayPal; at pickup
I will either need the QR code (to scan) or the
6-digit code (to enter)
from your third party.
Both the QR Code and the 6-digit code were emailed to you by eBay. If your shipper does
not have either, and you wish to send me the 6-digit code, make sure your device is fully charged, and I
have a phone number to text/call to get the code from you at time your shipper is present. I can not accept a pic of or link to
QR code
as I can not scan it.
I can NOT release the item to your third party without this code. This will be expensive if
using a freight company, so make sure they have the code, or your reachable to get the code from.
If third party is paying cash at pickup, I will NOT need the QR code or 6-digit code.
PAYMENT:
Can be paid thru PayPal at checkout, OR Cash at pickup (preferred.) I can NOT take a check.
The "buy it now" price is taxable (Texas sales tax.)  Texas sales tax is 8.25%.
If payment is made thru PayPal, eBay will automatically add the tax at checkout.
If payment is to be made at pickup with cash, please bring the correct amount, email me if unsure
of the exact amount.
TAX EXEMPT:
If paying thru Paypal and you are tax exempt entity, you must file your exemption with eBay not me.
If paying me at pickup (cash) and you are tax exempt entity, and claiming an exemption purchase, please
bring the proper exemption form(s) filled out at pickup.
RETURNS: All sales are final, I do not accept returns. If requested is made anyways to return said item(s),
and I allow it,
you will have to return the item(s) in there original condition, to the same location
in which
you picked (or had third party pick up) the item(s) up from (75708.) If you used a third party shipper to return
the item(s), for any reason,
you will be responsible for the shipping cost again. This can be expensive when
shipping
palleted items, the best policy is to make sure this item(s) is correct for your purpose.
