    Description

    My mother's brother was stationed in the Philippines during WWII.  I found these uncancelled Philippine Island  Victory stamps while going thru some of mom's pictures.  No one in my family wants them so they are up for sale  They will be mailed in the original waxed paper wrapper my uncle put them in (?).  Ships to the USA,
