    Description

    This is a Reed & Barton Sterling Silver Sandwich Plate in the "Francis I" pattern.  I recently acquired this at a local estate auction.  It is clearly marked Sterling, has the Reed & Barton Company Name, the Francis I Pattern Name and the X569 piece type number on the bottom.  It is in good condition with only minor surface marks from use and no monogram or engraving (or removal.)  The pattern is crisp, clear and strong.  The Plate measures 11 1/2 inches in diameter.  If this is your pattern, or if you know someone with this pattern, wouldn't this make a wonderful addition??
