Beautiful Set of Sterling Silver Bread Plates
12 Sterling Silver Bread Plates
by INTERNATIONAL SILVER-   1613- (hard to find design)
5 & 7/8th "  diameter
Each dish weighs between 2.5 and 2.6 ounces
These plates were my grandmother's.  They are all in good vintage used condition (some a bit better than others.)  I only noticed a few tiny bumps/dents.
The Engraved Scrolls- design around the rim is still sharp and stands out clearly on all the plates.
They were stored in the beige silver keeper holder (FYI- it sheds a lot of lint!) shown in the last image;  I will send this along for your use with these plates.
This divided special silver protector fabric container/wrap has a tear on the bottom that should be closed up (sewn, taped, fabric stapled?) to avoid having the plates slip out.
I did not clean these plates but needed to quickly wipe over them with a damp cloth.  Because.....  When I took them out to photograph, I noticed a powdery fuzz all over them which came from the fabric container that they were stored/protected in.
They probably could use a gentle genuine silver cleaning.
