Glorious Victorian workmanship exquisitely made on this Garnet necklace, one of the best example ever seen, tests slightly less than 9KT solid gold – 1880 ca – crafting is amazing and amazing is the general condition almost as new
Comprising a graduated composition of clusters made with centre Natural Bohemian Red Garnets held into gold prongs surrounded with circles of old mine cut Natural Red Bohemian garnets to complement the fine design – We calculated approx 115 .00 Ct of antique Garnets in all the best in quality being of eye catching Red like do not exist any more – centre three pieces are the most relevant followed by a line of 16 clusters measuring 17 x 15 mm going up to 23x20mm reaching the bigger at the centre point 28x 26 mm. - total length when open is 41.5 cm
